Lost my car key and only had the one so Corey came out unlocked the car and programmed a new key for me right on the spot. Great service, Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Lock & Key. Melissa.

Called to see if I could get a key made or what I would need to do (During regular business hours) Lady said she'll transfer me to dispatch. No answer which is fine. I left a voice mail to call me back, name and number. Never got anything back, disappointed

We have been having problems with a few of the doors to our Aurora building. Brian came out and within a matter of minutes they were fixed. I went to Greeley Lock & Key today to have my key fob programmed young man by the name of "Sunshine" gave his 120% to get my key fob programmed. Sunshine has EXCELLENT customer service he is a ray of Sunshine you will leave with a smile

Marcus was great! I went in for an automotive lock cylinder to be rekeyed and he suggested just to cut a key with transponder for less than half of doing the rekey! These are the only locksmiths I will ever go to!

Today 9/20/21 I waited for an hour on a local locksmith to unlock my Jeep Wrangler. I saw Greeley Lock and Key pull in at a different parking lot thinking they were the company dispatched to unlock my vehicle. After waiting for a few minutes I decided to walk over and ask if they were supposed to be dispatched to my vehicle. The Gentleman politely said no and that they were there for another Job but they would be happy to help.

They unlocked my vehicle right away with no issues. These guys did not have to help me at all but offered assistance. Brian and his co-worker were awesome to deal with and very professional. Our business has used Greeley Lock and Key for years. Our most recent experience was having them re-key the doors for our new location, determine if we needed new crash bars and making duplicate keys. They provided excellent customer service, and their technician went above and beyond his scope of duties, assisting with adjusting our front door automatic closure issue and adjusting and cleaning the crash bars to make them more user friendly. Once again, very pleased!

Needed spare keys for our mailbox. One trip to Lowe's and two trips to Ace later, I still had no working keys. One trip to Greeley Lock and key and less than 5 min Iater I had 3 perfect copies. Their price was very close to the prices at the hardware stores. Should have come here first!

They sell a large selection of locks: brands, shaft lengths, and sizes. Their key selection is huge! They have keyed our locks within an hour and they are very helpful every time I visit. They also quickly produce copies of keys.

Needed a spare key from my Toyota. When I bought the car from the dealership it only came with one key as I bought used. Greeley Lock and Key got me a spare key and saved me a ton of money versus what the dealership would have charged for a second key. Tech was professional and did all the work in about 15 minutes. Key works great and now I have a spare. Will defiantly do business with them again.
