Great service, the dispatcher Judith was quick to schedule me a tech even though I was asking for someone immediately outside of regular work hours. The tech who came (Saul) was exceedingly professional and installed my new smart lock perfectly and left the area clean. Will be coming back for another install at my other location. I went there about a week ago to get my vehicle fob key to be copied only. I went to 2 other places asking for my key to be cut only but they said no because they would need to program it as well. Keep in mind that programming is pretty easy for a 2014 Chevy Cruze. They were charging me $65. I came to roca and all they charged me was $24 to cut. It was reasonable and I am satisfied with the service. They weren't pushy to sell anything else. They offer their services but not with the intention to pressure you to buy.

This place is not like the rest of the "we see you coming" locksmiths. The rates and fees have been really fair, if not the best, so far as I know. I told my job about this place and they've been coming since for our vehicle fleet. Just remember, the storefront is not ON Goodrich - you have to drive into the shopping strip and head to the end of the flat. Call them up, they have great customer service.

Great honest work and professionalism. Had an issue with my door lock on my car. Roca not only unjammed my car door but took the time and explained to me what steps they took and some options on fixing and repair. All the positive reviews are no joke and if i have any problems or issues they'll definitely explain it and provide you with affordable options. If i have any lock problems in the future ill definitely know who to consult and work with in the future.

Roca Lock & Key provided exceptional service when I called for a repair at my home. Myrna handled the call with much professionalism and Eric came out and made the repair all in the same day for a fair price. Other places I called charge a fee to come out in addition to the work needed which can be a bit pricey.
Overall, great experience!! I'm very impressed by Eric and the professional manner in which he represented himself and the Co. I've used Roca's services 3 times, and have been completely satisfied each time. I highly recommend if ever in need of a locksmith.

Boyfriend urgently needed a duplicate transponder key for his Toyota Camry 2007, which is scheduled for transport to another state in two days. We stumbled upon this gem on Yelp! and, convinced by the reviews, decided to give Roca a call. We were greeted by Carlos, who not only accommodated our urgency by opening his shop to us on Sunday, a regularly closed business day, but also by giving us the lowest quote (up to 40% lower) compared to the 4-5 other shops we contacted.
When we arrived, we were invited into the shop and seated in well-lit, air-conditioned room with the staff while Carlos did his magic. We had the dupe within 15 minutes. I cannot recommend Roca enough. Carlos and his staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and made the entire process a breeze. Will be back soon to duplicate my own smart key! Thanks, Carlos and team. You guys saved the day!
