I was nervous to call anything with locksmith in title, since I assumed it was to be horribly expensive. My Toyota Corolla car key literally, physically broke in two. My car would not start when I used the half with teeth because it was detached from the control part at top. Long story short, Kim, the co-owner, answered the phone, was super straightforward and clear, told me a cost, (VERY reasonable), and arrived at my car in 30 minutes at 5 pm on a Friday.
She charged me for neither an evening nor a weekend rate - even though at 5 on a Friday she could have. Positive experience. She made 2 new keys and programmed them on the spot. Highly recommend for whatever your key troubles may be.

Story's was great. Called, said they were closed due to the holiday season, but with not a lot of alternative options around, they came out right away. Very friendly and pleasant. Was out in less then 30 minutes. With another company we would have had to wait over 4 hours and the other company charged twice as much. Very thankful for their services. Although we do hope we never have to use them again :

Highly recommend using this company in a pinch or not in a pinch! We moved into a new house with 10 different locks and pile of keys with only a couple that actually worked. Kim rekeyed the locks, moved some around for better security and made new keys with duplicates! All of it was at a very reasonable price. Communication was great and she showed up right on time with a courtesy call before!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Return calls and appointments were scheduled quickly. Kim, one of the the owners was very thorough in helping to determine if my front door lock was fixable or not. She spent time educating me on what type and brand of lock would beat match my existing service. What makes Story's special is that they were able to diagnose and fix my lock problem on the first attempt.
I have had this same locked worked on three times previously by another company who clearly did not know what they were doing. I highly recommend you give them a call as you will be surprised and delighted with their service and expertise!
