Went in to have about 200 keys made. They got them done and in good timely manner The staff are amazing. They are very helpful. Everything was nicely organized. And everything was very clean. I highly recommend this place

I traveled to Savannah from California and shipped my bag by UPS. When My bag arrived, I had an OMG moment-I forgot to bring the key for the lock and consequently could not access any of my clothing and sundries! I emailed Sandfly Locksmith that night and promptly received a response the next morning. I drove in to see them and they actually waited for me because they were on their way to an appointment. Within minutes they were able to unlock my bag and send me on my way. These folks could not have been nicer!

I was referred to this shop after exhausting all other avenues to get specialty key copied.they made a couple of copies quickly and reasonably priced with great customer service.the also have automobile key fobs far less expensive than the dealer!

Visited this location after having a key broken off in the truck toolbox. The guys came out and took care of business right away. My husband who recently passed was an army veteran. One of the guys was an Iraq veteran. He refused to take any money for removal of the broken key. I tried to give them money to buy Easter candy or eggs but they didn't have children. They really made my day.

My key fob for my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 quit working 2 years ago. The spare key fob also would not work. Corey fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes at no charge. I will definitely return.

The locksmith went above and beyond. They also quoted me $50-$200 less to replace my car keys than the other 6 different businesses I called for a price. Will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Had a hard time finding someone in town that I could physically to go to to get my key laser-engraved, until I found this place. The gentleman who helped me (and I apologize for not getting his name) was friendly, direct, and honest, and gave me an incredibly reasonable price for the services provided. I recommend this place fully.

Derek was extremely efficient, responsive and went above and beyond to help me out to re-key my new home. He even provided me with education on the European style locks that two of my doors have. He made sure I knew how they worked if I wanted to pop out the tumbler to bring them in if I needed to re-key them for any reason. I'm very thankful that the first company I called never responded! I'll never call any other company for locksmith service. Thank you Derek!

My BMW 328i had a jammed/stuck lock. I called SandFly Locksmith's and they walked me through steps over the phone which corrected the problem in 3 minutes. They were AWESOME! Thanks guys.

Corey B was a great help. I needed a key made for a specialty piece of equipment. I tried the "big box stores" and none were helpful. Even though my exact key was not available, Sandfly Locksmith was able to use their knowledge of the industry to find a solution and custom make me a key. They were able to save me time and save my company money.

Had a door lock that would not take the key anymore they solved the problem in minutes and even threw in a few keys that they cut by lock code rather than tracing the old keys. The code cut keys work better than any of the other keys we have. Great Guys

Not only were they fast quite professional courteous and I all about nice guy I ever have that problem again I would definitely recommend this company

Charlie came out to my vehicle that I had lock with the key in it. He opened my vehicle, cut and programmed a spare key at a reasonable price all within an hour! Charlie is very personable and knowledgeable professional! I have found a locksmith for life.
