I called to check on getting a key made. Ryan assured me it would not be a problem, to drop off the lock cylinder anytime. I dropped it off, he asked if I wanted to wait for it, , I said I would pick it up later. An hour or so later he called and said it was ready. I picked up the key, it worked perfect. Very nice business, very polite, very reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with them for any needs I have in the future.

I traveled from Faragut to downtown Knoxville to get a couple of keys made and arrived 5 before close. It was about a 25 minute drive with traffic. When I got there they had just locked the doors. I knocked but they did not open it. Then I met one of the employees in the parking lot and asked if they carried the key blank I needed. He said maybe and then got in his van and left. That's what I call great customer service. I will go somewhere else for service in the future. I hope another locksmith place opens up in Faragut.

That was the best experience I've ever had at a locksmith they were definitely the most professional I've ever dealt with and not only are they highly rated by other people I rate them top notch top shelf of all time

Pretty sure this place can make any key imaginable. Had an odd key i need replaced and they had no issues handling it.
