My husband accidently Locked our his keys and our yorkie in his truck. We were panicking because it was a very warm day. My husband remembered that Ace Lick and Key was close by. I recently received service from them. The guy was nice until after the job was done. I had to pay cash due to policy being no other type of payment at night time. Well this service will not give you a receipt, they will drive off. I called the man to give me a receipt. His response is that he was on his way to help someone else and stated that he will email me the receipt.

I texted the guy multiple times and never received a receipt. I needed a receipt so that I could give it to my Landlord. All this place care about is money. I would not recommend nobody else. Very unprofessional!

Iv called twice now all i needed was a key cut i had a blank that they cant get i told them that they still try to sell me on a cheap key would not give me a straight answer iv called be for about a car key i was told that my car needed a chip key and they could not have been more wrong told me i was wrong and wanted 20 dollars or more to cut a single sided key that iv brought myself if you want a good deal and service go anywhere else

I should've called rick's lock & key. It's 9:45 and after he arrived he continued to tell me how much of an inconvenience it was that he had to get up to help me after he arrived. He then told me he only accepted cash and the percentage the phone apps cost wasn't worth it. Very disappointed.

A few months back we had a set of keys made for some locks at an apartment complex by ACE Lock and Key. Some of the keys we discovered recently did not work. We went there not looking for a refund but just looking to have the keys that did work copied again. The lady there refused to make new copies because she said we needed paper work that said we bought the first group of copies from them.

The thing of it is she is the one that made is the keys a few months back in the first place and at the time she didn't give us any paper work. I said to her just make copies of these keys she would not do it. Totally rude, totally unprofessional. I would stay as far away from Ace Lock and Key as possible!
