Critical: Professionalism Bad customer service, that guy working in there know nothing ( the guy before him really good). Came 3 time for motorcycle and tools box keys but he always said same thing " I CAN'T CUT IT "

I walked in, the person at the counter completed his phone call, dropped what he was doing, on opened a lock to which I had lost the key. Quick service!

Cut 4 sets of 2 different keys for our business. Made sure the cuts were done right. Always good service whenever I stop there.

I Called to place an appointment for a door lock cylinder replacement and whoever answered the call tried to put every red tape in this world to discourage me to do business with them. He even said we need city codes to change the cylinders. The same company have changed the door cylinders for me before. I hanged up the phone and called Central Locksmith and my appointment was scheduled for me in less than 5 minutes of conversation. They lost me for good!

They were very professional and helpful. The store had a large variety of products for security. They were able to re-key the lock I bought to match the other one on my trailer.

Didn't seem to really want to work and help me. Store was clean. People seemed nice. But I had a lock ineeded to get key made for and they glanced at it and said I had to buy new ones cause it was rotted. I bring home shot lubricant on it and it worked fine it was better than it appeared. But they didn't take the time to check.

Great 5 Star service, I brought my broken boat key in & they made a perfect replacement for $2.45

My daughter is student at the university and lost her car key. I spoke to Steve and made an appointment one week in advance to have someone come out to make a key. He told me I needed to be there in person since the car was in my name so I made plans and had to drive almost three hours from the cities. At two minutes before the appointment time I was sitting there by the car waiting and I received a call from Steve that he needed to cancel.

It took a lot of planning to get to this point only to be disappointed. These people are inconsiderate. I immediately call another company and they were really helpful. In fact I was told I didn't even need to be there in person. I could've saved myself a drive and time. My daughter could've taken care of it on her own.
