This company was the only one out of 5 companies that stated it would be cheaper to rekey locks instead of putting in all new hardware. They also understood the urgency of my situation and they serviced my location the same day I called them. They were very professional, courteous, and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use their services again.

We were having issues with our back door lock. We even had a handy man come look at it and they couldn't figure out what issue the door lock was having. We called Oestreich they showed up promptly and were able to fix our lock issue without having to replace the old lock on the door. I definitely recommend them for any door lock issue you may be having. They are amazing!

The best decision I made was going in here! After quotes over $150 dollars from other places, these guys came through for $20! I needed a key made for an antique car and brought them the lock. I was in and out with the perfect key in 30 minutes. While there, a couple of young ladies came in for specialized car keys and were out the door in 5 minutes. I highly recommend these guys!

Called for help with a door that wouldn't open. Spiro was willing to help me over the phone to see if I could save myself the cost of the visit. He had me send him pictures of the lock and talked me through some steps, when I gave up he had Jim, one of their repair people, call to come out to help me within 30 minutes. As it turned out their help guided me to sorting it out myself and they could not have been kinder and more supportive to my getting it fixed myself. What great people and they have a great sense of humor too.

An employee where I work had accidentally broken a key inside the lock of a lock-drawer. I spent over an hour with small screwdrivers and tiny pliers trying to get the thing out (to no avail). I brought it to Oestreich and the guy got it out in less than a minute. I asked how much I owed him, he said "don't worry about it". I ended up buying a replacement key from him for a couple bucks just to buy SOMEthing.
I was extremely happy with their service. It's rare to find a business that operates this way and if I ever have any lock-related issues in the future, I will most definitely be going to them.

I had an emergency situation where I was locked out of my house. After calling them initially and not having anyone available, I called 12 other locksmiths. Desperate, I went back and called them again. They recognized that I had exhausted all my options and one of their staff was kind enough to come out after closing to unlock my home. They were very professional and prompt to get this fixed for me.
And despite this being an emergency situation after hours, they did not gouge me on their price. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Very, very happy about their responsiveness.
