He came on a Saturday afternoon after our house keys had been stolen the night before. Very friendly on the phone and in person! He went above and beyond! Not only did he change out our cylinder, he helped our door to latch better! Prices was reasonable! High recommend!

I called Bruce late Friday evening, later than I probably should have for it not being an emergency and talked to him a bit, after several stores saying they couldn't copy my vehicle key, Westlakes Ace Hardware refusing to touch it since I didn't purchase it there, and the dealer quoting me over $100 to copy a key. I met up with him today and he cut the key for me for an insanely cheap price.

I had known how to program it to my vehicle but he went ahead and did it with me there and made sure it all worked. I can't recommend Columbia Lock and Safe enough. It is my first time having used a locksmith and he made it a great experience.
